The staff was very helpful.
They had no record of the reservation I made through Booked.net. I had a copy of the confirmation from Booked.net and they gave me a nicer room for the price I had booked for though.

WIFI should be free for every body not only for Hilton members, Management should be shame to ask a payment for Wifi when asking such a rate.

great check-in but parking is a hassle
Checking in was really good! Melissa G. created a warm atmosphere. The king room I stayed in was well equipped for my needs, and every interaction with staff was impressively responsive. I was particularly impressed by the fast internet and fitness center.
The parking situation was somewhat unclear, causing some frustration during my arrival.

The location was great, staff were super polite and helpful.
For a Hilton the hotel is very outdated and it shows. Worn carpets, blinds, etc. Bad design when it was built, still a bad design. Housekeeping didn't show up until the evening hours, after 5pm, and then asked if I "really" wanted my room cleaned. Well, of course I do!

Clean, fair value hotel, its location was excellent and fantastic and so close to downtown, train and excursions as well as many attractions, restaurants and bars. Views of the mountains and ocean were magnificent, the room was good-sized and inviting. The staff was very amiable, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. They helped us get a shuttle to airport.
